Usage for sodium phytate
1. Adding phytic acid to canned food can achieve the effect of stable color protection. The added amount is 0.5-0.5%.
2. Application in beverage production Adding 0.01-0.05% phytic acid to beverages can remove excessive metal ions (especially heavy metals that are harmful to the human body), and has good protection for the human body.
3. Antioxidants Mix one part of 50% phytic acid and three parts of sorbitol fatty acid (hydrophilic/lipophilic value 4.3), add 0.2% to vegetable oil, the antioxidant performance is excellent. Phytic acid can prevent the decomposition of hydr ogen peroxide (hyd rogen peroxide), so it can be used as a storage stabilizer for hydro gen peroxide. Used widely in cosmetics moisturizing, whitening toothpaste, shampoo and shower gel.
