Usage for Eugenol
It is used to prepare carnation-type flavors and prepare isoeugenol and vanillin. It is also used as pesticides and preservatives.
Mainly used to prepare flavors such as smoked ham, nuts and spices. It is also the main raw material for the synthesis of vanillin.
Mainly used for antibacterial and lowering blood pressure.
